Following the untimely death of Myke Barritt in May 2010, Karl and Andy are joined by Phoebe Taylor Thorpe in the hosting of the Play On evenings at the Fat Cat.
Glynis returned to her rural Pembrokeshire roots in 2008. Jigtales were therefore similar to Earthtales without a drummer!
Following Stella's departure to Cardiff in 2002, Karl joined the three remaining members of Jig for a Kiss at Bukowski's evenings. Jigtales also appeared at The Green Fair, Sharrow Festival and other Sheffield venues.

Karl was one of the many Mysterons and a Fabulous Wealthy Texan. He also performs solo, favouring the works of Jackie Leven of Doll by Doll.
The band came together at The Harlequin, Johnson Street (demolished Summer 2002) in 1995 and began a regular monthly folk club, which later became Play On when it moved to The Shakespeare, Gibraltar St. in 2001.

Stella and Myke were formerly in "Rhiannon" and recorded an album "The Birds of Rhiannon" (Fellside) in 1985, though they had previously had a track on "Flighpath One" (Vulcan) in 1984. There are also some home produced tapes - "Three Wrens to the Ounce" (1982-84) and a demo tape "Une Soiree chez Frack" bw "Electric At Last!" (featuring a live performance at The Grapes on Trippet Lane). They also made appearances on the Radio Hallam Folk Show, Folkus.
They later formed "Whale of a Time" with Craig Booker (now in Tyburn).
Formed in 1976 and still ready to do another gig if anyone can arrange one.
